Eileen is looking for someone to clean off the moss on her shingles and other small repairs. She has called 3 people - 2 never showed up and the 3rd just shook his head when he saw the roof. Any suggestions would be welcome.

The guy we used to put on our roof at the lake was exceptional. He was far below any of the quotes we got and he did fabulous work for us and lots of people around here.
